Costs are rising, and many of our neighbors struggle to afford necessities like groceries. Families face the harsh reality of not knowing how to put food on their tables. And now, with the government shutdown, 1.5 million Angelenos who rely on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) are losing their ability to buy food for themsleves and their families.

At JFSLA, our SOVA Community Food & Resource Program is already preparing for increased demand. To meet the anticipated surge in need, we are securing additional food products and increasing out inventories. But we need your help.
